Low Poly Office Set #3 [VNB]

Designed to go along with the previous Office themed set #1 (with 140+ models) and  Office Set #2 (60+ models). The third set adds +470 pieces (440+ unique full models), allowing for new office spaces including restroom, meeting rooms, work spaces, common rooms, kitchen, security room, lobby, server room and more.

• Modular objects: mix and match in order to create new furniture options!
• Individual model pieces: some models are designed in a way to be easy to animate and manipulate
• Lots of models: an office features lots of different rooms, here you can set up from any common room, to a server room, security rooms, office cubicles, shared working spaces, and so on.
• Ready to use prefabs for Unity: if you plan on using Unity, go for the package option, which contains everything from prefabs to materials all set up, ready to import to any project. The package was created in Unity 2020.3 and is also URP compatible.
• Updated content and support: are you facing problems importing the assets to unity, UE, Godot or any other engine? would like to see something new added? Feel free to reach me and I'll do all I can to help! Also expect new content to be added in the future 👍

• Models follow a minimalistic low-poly style, optimized for mobile, with no extra faces, tris or polys anywhere to be seen!
• All in one model as well as separated models included in both formats FBX and OBJ.
• The main texture used is a 12x12 pixels PNG palette, and you can always add your own (multiple default palettes available). Textures for paintings, TV and PC screen included too.
• There's a standard FBX/OBJ option and a Unity Package one, including prefabs ready to place in scene, and materials ready to convert to URP.
• AI usage: AI was used along with some copy-right free images and custom ones made from scratch by me, everything is always mixed and manually edited, both AI and copy-free ones were only used as part of the base of some textures.

You're welcome to use any of the models in this pack on any commercial or non-commercial project, and there's no need for you to ask for any kind of permission. Yet, you have no permission to re-sell the models as a part of any asset pack or on their own.

(Just to clarify, you're not allowed to re-sell or publish my work alone or as a part of some asset pack)
