[ +140 Models Included! ]

  • Different types of shelves and drawers, with different parts to choose from
  • Simple modular building models, including 3 types of doors, two diff handle models, door frame, create cubicles, rooms, etc.. (ready to snap into scene)
  • 2 types of whiteboards (including a marker and eraser, a small standing one you can modify or animate, and a bigger wall one too)
  • Multiple decorations: paintings, lamps, fans, rug, box, alcohol dispensers (because, yeah you know), clock, multiple piles of paper, sticky notes, etc..
  • Following the tradition of adding food to my sets: some fruits (orange/apple, and a banana) and a customizable sandwich too
  • Different types of desks, for 1 to 2 people, you can mix and match them, add drawers, doors or whatever (check the images)
  • Multiple chairs: office ones (that you can animate too, even the wheels), simple ones, and two stools too
  • 2 Trash bins, yes, two instead of one
  • Air conditioner (animatable too), TV, controllers for both, printer and
  • Different types of books (including a folder containing papers inside)
  • 2 different microwaves, also animatable
  • Cabinets, same as before, you can open and close them, modify them by adding custom drawers of different size, and pile them up to create larger ones
  • 2 different computers (a really old one, along with a newer one, with separated parts)
  • Kitchen counters you can as usual mix and match (there are 2 types, and each one has a B version, which is the same but fully extended, two of these together will look like a "larger one", while the with the other version "2 separated ones")
  • A modern-style coffee machine, with a cup (either empty or filled of coffee)
  • More small deco: 2 types of pencil, a pen, stapler, paper stray
  • Textures (paintings, whiteboard, palettes, etc, so you can easily create new ones from these)

  • Modular objects: create your own office, mix and match different parts to create custom desks, rooms, etc.. I tried to make this with a modular design in mind!
  • Separated models: the bike is already separated, making you able to animate or manipulate it easily (the handling, wheels, pedals, and comes with another two different baskets by default). Swings come in 2 variations, with 3 types of seats, with pivots set the correct way.
  • Ready to use prefabs for Unity: if you plan on using Unity, try the package option, which contains everything from models to materials already created, set up and applied correctly to the models. It contains ready-to-use prefabs for everything you need, including different variations! 132 prefabs!

  • Models follow a minimalistic low-poly style, and I did my best to optimize them as much as possible.
  • The chosen format is one .FBX containing everything inside. Separated FBXs are available now in case you go for the standard option.
  • OBJ (one / multiple) and DAE files have been provided (in case you're having problems either with Blender, UE, Godot, or any other 3D software or engine).
  • The only texture used is a 12x12 pixels palette, really easy to modify and compatible with my other sets. Now way easier to edit compared to the old one.
  • There's a default FBX-OBJ-DAE option along with a Unity Package one.
  • Materials from the Unity package are ready to convert to URP. Materials and palette texture are both included in both versions.

You're welcome to use any of the models in this pack on any commercial or non-commercial project, and there's no need for you to ask for any kind of permission. Yet, you have no permission to re-sell the models as a part of any asset pack or on their own.

Credits are always welcome, of course, feel free to also show me pics or links of anything you made using them!

Hello Leo,

thank you for putting this pack for free, as well as all your other packs. It seems to be a big amount of work and the result looks pretty good!

Although, I have an issue when I'm importing the FBX back in blender, the materials show gradients in incorrect colors. I'm pretty n00b in Blender (and 3D in general), what I did was Import > Import .FBX, then when I saw the missing textures, I did External Data > Find Missing Files in the folder of your pack (folder containing the FBX, Images, and Textures subfolders).

Do you know what is going on?

Many thanks.

First of all, appreciate the words pal!

So, I've experienced issues with blender many times in the past (when importing my own models), can you maybe send me an image on discord so I can check it? Will dig into it later on since I'm in the process of updating other sets as well (so would be cool if I was able to fix the issue now and maybe apply the fix to the rest too).

The issue regarding the missing textures, what texture is exactly missing? Due to the way I manage files for every set, I have a blender folder for each, along with a separate export folder (with every subfolder you see inside the zip), I try to copy files from one place to another, sometimes in a clean way depending the case, maybe I somehow missed a texture?

Thanks again, specially for telling me about the issue so I can work on it asap pal! if you prefer you can also send me the image (or just more detailed info) to my email or twitter. (just in case you don't use discord at all)

Okay, I will send you a screenshot on Discord. Thank you for for quick reply.

Hey,

I'm also having issues with textures from this pack in blender (also if i try to use the models directly with three.js). How did you solve it previously?

Thanks for a great pack!

Markus

I'm again trying to address this issue prior to releasing or updating future sets (so far I provided a small troubleshooting img, as well as alternative formats). If you want you can show me what kind of errors you're getting via discord (or mail, or twitter, I don't mind), so I can take a look!

(+1)

I managed to get the textures working by browsing up the image again from the file system and using "Closest" interpolation, then I re-exported the FBX with embedded textures.

Later though I switched to GLTF format since the materials will be closer to the look in Blender when loading in Three.js.

Thanks again for the pack!

You need the closest one due to the palette being that small (consider that it's mostly one pixel per face, if you don't go for closest you'll get weird shading results). There are other things to change to get the actual colors to show how they should.

Anyway, glad to see it worked! I would like to know if you previously experienced similar issues with other sets of models made by other people (featuring one pixel per color palette, FBX and OBJ formats), since I'm still trying to figure out what the problem is.

Also, if you ever use my models in your final game (or WIP project), pls share it here so I can see, always happy when someone uses my stuff on their projects!
