thank you for putting this pack for free, as well as all your other packs. It seems to be a big amount of work and the result looks pretty good!
Although, I have an issue when I'm importing the FBX back in blender, the materials show gradients in incorrect colors. I'm pretty n00b in Blender (and 3D in general), what I did was Import > Import .FBX, then when I saw the missing textures, I did External Data > Find Missing Files in the folder of your pack (folder containing the FBX, Images, and Textures subfolders).
So, I've experienced issues with blender many times in the past (when importing my own models), can you maybe send me an image on discord so I can check it? Will dig into it later on since I'm in the process of updating other sets as well (so would be cool if I was able to fix the issue now and maybe apply the fix to the rest too).
The issue regarding the missing textures, what texture is exactly missing? Due to the way I manage files for every set, I have a blender folder for each, along with a separate export folder (with every subfolder you see inside the zip), I try to copy files from one place to another, sometimes in a clean way depending the case, maybe I somehow missed a texture?
Thanks again, specially for telling me about the issue so I can work on it asap pal! if you prefer you can also send me the image (or just more detailed info) to my email or twitter. (just in case you don't use discord at all)
I'm also having issues with textures from this pack in blender (also if i try to use the models directly with three.js). How did you solve it previously?
I'm again trying to address this issue prior to releasing or updating future sets (so far I provided a small troubleshooting img, as well as alternative formats). If you want you can show me what kind of errors you're getting via discord (or mail, or twitter, I don't mind), so I can take a look!
I managed to get the textures working by browsing up the image again from the file system and using "Closest" interpolation, then I re-exported the FBX with embedded textures.
Later though I switched to GLTF format since the materials will be closer to the look in Blender when loading in Three.js.
You need the closest one due to the palette being that small (consider that it's mostly one pixel per face, if you don't go for closest you'll get weird shading results). There are other things to change to get the actual colors to show how they should.
Anyway, glad to see it worked! I would like to know if you previously experienced similar issues with other sets of models made by other people (featuring one pixel per color palette, FBX and OBJ formats), since I'm still trying to figure out what the problem is.
Also, if you ever use my models in your final game (or WIP project), pls share it here so I can see, always happy when someone uses my stuff on their projects!

Do you know what is going on?
Many thanks.
First of all, appreciate the words pal!

Okay, I will send you a screenshot on Discord. Thank you for for quick reply.
Hey,

Thanks for a great pack!
